Damien Hirst Creates Formaldehyde Artwork For New London Restaurant [Pics]

Damien Hirst has created a striking new artwork to celebrate the opening of Mark Hix?s new restaurant venture, Tramshed, in East London. ?Cock and Bull? features a Hereford cow and cockerel preserved in a steel and glass tank of formaldehyde. These animals refer to Tramshed?s menu, as it mainly includes chicken and beef dishes. The piece is elevated 4 metres above diners in the centre of the 1000 sq ft restaurant, which used to be an electricity generating station. Click through to see pictures of the artwork:
