For more of us it isn?t always possible to go home from act and put our feet up and chill out! Aromatherapy and the use of essential oils has the power to promote motivation, energy, strength, bearing and much more.

Here are some single and effective ways in which to use aromatherapy for numerous and varied conditions. You can use inhalations, room sprays, bathing and your aromatherapy burner or diffuser.

Mandarin, Bergamot, Grapefruit 10 drops one and the other , with 2-3 drops of Geranium.

Sugary Orange, Lemon, 10 drops one and the other , with 5 drops Sandalwood and 2 drops Peru Balsam.

Inhalations

One time again I personally love to use citrus vital oils, Lime, Grapefruit and Cardamom or Lemon Myrtle, Sugary Orange and Bergamot.

The combinations are endless; hold fun, play and be creative, I promise you will drop in love with aromatherapy to improve your emotional, material and spiritual being.
